Supported Accommodation is one of the key services that we provide at Harbour Light. Our aim is to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for members of the community who have Mental Health, Learning Difficulties and/or Autism. We work closely with Local Authority Commissioners and NHS (National Health Service) Partnerships, who refer potential tenants to us via Support Companies. Our team of dedicated professionals ensure that our tenants receive the highest level of care, support, and guidance to help them live fulfilling lives. Our Supported Accommodation offers a safe and secure environment where tenants can develop their life skills, and build -confidence and independence. Through personalized care plans, we tailor our services to meet the individual needs of each tenant, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations. At Harbour Light, we take pride in the quality of our Supported Accommodation services, which are designed to promote wellbeing and enhance the quality of life for our tenants.
