Who

Harbour Light Assisted Living CIC is a not-for-profit community-interest organisation, a registered provider of social housing and the landlord of the homes it provides.

What

Harbour Light provides supported accommodation for people who may have mental health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism. Supported accommodation describes the housing setting: Harbour Light provides the homes and landlord services. Care and support are provided separately by Support Companies commissioned independently by local authorities, NHS bodies or other commissioners.

How

Harbour Light works with Support Companies, local authority commissioners, NHS bodies, social workers and other relevant professionals where necessary to identify suitable accommodation, coordinate housing matters and help tenants sustain their homes. This collaboration does not transfer Harbour Light's landlord responsibilities to Support Companies or make Harbour Light a care provider.
