How to Report a Repair

To report a repair, please use our Fixflo Reporting Tool which can be found at: https://harbourlight.fixflo.com. If the repair is an emergency, please phone us on 0151 909 5919. If there is no immediate answer please leave a message and we will contact you.


Out of Hours Emergency Repairs

For out of hours emergency maintenance issues only, please ring 0151 909 5919 and press 9 and you will be transferred to the on-call duty Maintenance Operative.

If you have a non‑emergency message, you can press 1 to leave a voicemail, which will be reviewed as soon as the office re‑opens.
