Non-emergency repairs

Report non-emergency repairs through Fixflo: https://harbourlight.fixflo.com. You can report directly or ask your Support Company to help or report on your behalf.

Emergency repairs

For an emergency, telephone 0151 909 5919 rather than using Fixflo. During office hours, Harbour Light staff receive and assess the emergency report.

Out-of-hours emergency repairs

Outside office hours, the same telephone number is for genuine emergencies only. The on-call Harbour Light Maintenance Operative answers and triages emergency calls.

This is not a general 24-hour repairs attendance service. For routine or non-emergency repairs out of hours, use Fixflo.
