Repairs and maintenance
Harbour Light is responsible for managing repairs to its homes. Repairs are recorded and progressed through Fixflo, from the first report through to completion.
Tenants can report repairs directly. Support Company staff may also help a tenant report a repair or tell Harbour Light about a defect. Harbour Light remains responsible for repair management and landlord decisions.

Harbour Light is developing a more structured digital approach to bringing this information together.
Planned maintenance and improvements
Harbour Light identifies maintenance and improvement needs through Tenant Property Inspections, repair records, compliance and safety information, and known property needs.
As a small supported-housing provider, Harbour Light does not operate a large fixed annual planned-maintenance programme. Significant works are identified, prioritised and commissioned as required. If Harbour Light adopts a formal stock investment or planned-maintenance programme, information about that programme will be published here where appropriate.

Energy performance is monitored through existing property and EPC information, and energy-efficiency considerations can form part of future property works where appropriate.
